In June 2025, the "IASA 2025 Annual Conference", hosted by Patent International Logistics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. , was successfully held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Shenzhen Futian.
The official meeting was held from June 16th to 18th. This conference adopted a combination of roundtable and one-on-one formats. Nearly 70 industry elites from over 40 countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Brazil and Singapore participated to discuss topics such as industry trends and cooperation models in international logistics. On June 16th, Edward from Huazhan Logistics introduced the development of Shenzhen, enhancing the understanding of Shenzhen among friends from various countries. On the morning of June 18th, the IASA Association's executive committee presented MEDALS to outstanding members and Huazhan Logistics was awarded the title of "Most Valuable Partner".

The 83rd annual conference of the association was held in Shenzhen, highlighting China's significant position in the international freight transportation sector.
